Features of Employee Self Service:

1. Leave Application and Approval: Employees can apply for leave through their portal. The respective manager/supervisor can approve or deny the leave application within the portal.
2. Comp-off Application and Approval: Employees working on holidays or weekends can request leave, which will be approved by the manager.
3. Outdoor Entry Application and Approval: Approval and entry for onsite/field work.
4. Restricted Holiday Application and Approval: Employees can apply for restricted holidays, with approval/decline handled by the manager.
5. Manager Access to Attendance Details: Managers can view the attendance details of their reporting employees.
6. Swipe-in and Swipe-out: Field employees can use the Android app to record their entry and exit, capturing location data on the server.
7. Bug Fixes: Issues with application crashes during Attendance Regularization and Comp-Off processing have been resolved.
8. New Payroll Features: Payroll now includes functionalities to submit expense claims, download payslips, view annual earnings, manage PF savings, and more.
